* Only those from ASEAN are eligible to apply.
* The application must be prepared in Japanese handwriting.
* This is a "University-Recommended Scholarship."
* In case of many applicants, we will select 1 second year undergraduate student , 1 third year undergraduate student, 1 master's degree student and 2 doctoral degree students from them.
* Candidates for this scholarship cannot be candidates for another "University-Recommended Scholarship."

Otsuka Toshimi Scholarship Foundation 2026

Applicants must complete online submission then post mail the original documents to the Foundation.
